New book science: a look into the future

Modern media2 transformations are accompanied by changes in the spatio-temporal characteristics of social interaction. Traditional and new ways fixing transmitting ideas, their materialization through various communication channels at heart these changes. This shapes need for actualization research, development approaches, clarification object subject medialogical disciplines, including book studies. In this study, main problems modern Russian bibliology have been identified: limited potential morally outdated approaches (structural-typological, functional, documentgraphics), a breakaway from dynamically changing international humanitarian agenda non-participation bibliological forums, functioning closed system scholarly communication.
